Integrative clinical care for dementia

The Empowered Brain Program is a Neuroplasticity based multidisciplinary clinical program for individuals living with Cognitive Decline and Dementia. Its aim is to slow the progression, rehabilitate and restore both cognitive and physical function

A completely new model for healthcare

Personalized care is delivered directly to you while training your family members or caregiver to specialize in your health needs. Structured as a 12-month, goals-oriented program, the Empowered Brain Program is focused on you and your family every step of the way.

What Does 12 Months of Brain-Based Care Look Like?

The Empowered Brain Program is a structured, comprehensive year-long plan designed to harness your brain’s neuroplasticity for measurable change in performance, both cognitively and physically. Each week builds on the last, combining advanced clinical methods with lifestyle strategies to slow progression, rehabilitate function, and preserve independence.

Whether in the initial stages of decline or facing the advanced stages of dementia, the program applies a broad palette of therapies — from Functional Neurology, Functional Medicine, and Clinical Nutrition to Strength Training and Caregiver Support, tailored to you and your family's needs. Our focus is on making the complex do-able from home; progress that is not only achievable, but sustained through meaningful connection with you and your family.
