There are two ways to begin, depending on how much information and guidance you are looking for. You may choose a complimentary Discovery Call to learn more about the Empowered Brain Program, or an Introductory Cognitive Health Consultation for a more objective assessment of your current cognitive health and a more detailed discussion of what may be possible moving forward.
Both options provide an opportunity to discuss your cognitive and age-related health concerns with Dr. Pine and determine an appropriate next step based on your individual circumstances and goals.
All appointments are performed remotely through secure telehealth video sessions, allowing individuals and caregivers to participate from home.

A brief conversation with Dr. Pine to discuss your cognitive and age-related health concerns, goals and individual circumstances. This opportunity helps determine whether the Empowered Brain Program may be appropriate for you and navigate the best way to move forward.

- Overview of the program’s therapeutic approach and structure
- Discussion of realistic expectations and the commitment involved in participation

Introductory Cognitive Health Consultation
40 Minutes | USD $100
Includes CNS Vital Signs Neurocognitive Assessment
A more comprehensive consultation with Dr. Pine that combines discussion of your cognitive and age-related health concerns with objective information about your current cognitive performance.
This option includes:
- Standardized CNS Vital Signs neurocognitive assessment
- Review and discussion of your neurocognitive test results
- Discussion of your results within the broader context of your cognitive health and potential trajectory
- Discussion of realistic expectations for intervention and rehabilitation
- Overview of the Empowered Brain Program’s therapeutic approach and structure
- Program pricing information
Copy of your CNS Vital Signs results following the consultation - $100 consultation fee credited toward Empowered Brain Program tuition should you subsequently enroll

Moving Forward with the Empowered Brain Program
If the Empowered Brain Program is the right next step for you, care begins with a comprehensive intake and evaluation to establish your individual baseline and guide your personalized plan.
Your Comprehensive Initial Consultation
1 Hour Consultation | USD $300
Fee includes Secondary Consultation
The initial consultation is designed to develop a clear picture of your general health and cognitive health status. It also serves to get to know you as a person - your interests, passions, needs - your story. This allows us to structure therapeutic care in the most individualized and effective way possible.
The consultation may include:
- Health history review with both the individual and accompanying family member / caregiver as appropriate.
- Examination and assessments
- Neurocognitive testing (CNS Vital Signs), if not already completed
- Neurological and orthopedic assessments
- Arrangement for additional diagnostic testing such as MRI, X-ray or blood testing as appropriate.
- Initial Report of Findings - discussing assessment outcomes, cognitive trajectory and program expectations.
- Development of cognitive health goals and initial Empowered Brain Program structure.
- Initial telehealth care schedule and home rehabilitation routines.
If proceeding with care, any recommended home-based neurorehabilitation equipment and nutritional support resources are arranged and shipped directly to your home.
The cost of the Initial Consult is deducted from total program tuition upon commencement of care.
Care Planning Consultation
60 Minutes | Cost Included in Initial Consult Fee
While the Initial Consult focuses primarily on assessment and initial findings, the Care Planning Consultation serves as the Road Map — focused on ensuring you and your family member / caregiver have a clear understanding of the therapeutic direction, structure and expectations moving forward. This includes review of assessment findings, schedule of care, home rehabilitation structure, nutritional planning, and therapeutic priorities for the initial phase of care.
The consultation may include:
- Review of Findings for all assessments performed.
- Discussion of the individual’s current health situation, cognitive trajectory, and therapeutic approach.
- Goals and objectives timeline for the initial 3 months of care.
- Nutritional and lifestyle planning, including meal guidance and recommended nutritional support strategies.
- Home rehabilitation routines and telehealth care structure.
- Initiation of the clinical treatment plan
Ongoing Therapy Consultations
20 Minutes | Included within Program Tuition
- Weekly appointments - Appointment frequency varies depending on individual needs and stage of care.
- Therapeutic sessions may include Functional Neurology, brain-based rehabilitation, balance, mobility and strength rehabilitation, Functional Medicine, Clinical Nutrition strategies, and other individualized therapeutic interventions. Care is continuously adapted based on current status, assessment findings, and changes in functional performance over time.
- Sessions also include family member / caregiver guidance and support, as well as ongoing discussion regarding patient progress, expectations, successes, and obstacle management.
